Guest Blogging and Article Submissions
To pitch a guest blog or article submission to The Girls and Company, please email Lindsey Giordano at info@thegirlsandcompany.com. Pitches should include a detailed description of what your piece will look like and an estimated date of completion. Also, please include links to your previously published work and social media accounts, if possible.
If your article is selected to be published on thegirlsandcompany.com we will ask you to submit a small bio about yourself, and a photograph of you to accompany your article. In addition, we’d be happy to link to your personal webpage or blog – so don’t forget to include that in your email.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for pieces that are written for LGBTQIA+ people and our allies. We do consider articles on politics, social commentary, pop culture, LGBTQIA+ history, sex, relationships, health, fitness, food, travel, fashion, beauty, career, finance, design, DIY projects, same-sex marriage and wedding planning. We do not consider articles on television, film, music and book reviews – as they are covered in-house.
Writers should reference recent posts to familiarize themselves with they type of content we are seeking and our style. Be personable. Share your stories.
